SELF-PACED TRAINING COURSES WILL BE

    All users will be required to maintain a valid e-mail address to complete all self-paced training, courses. Secure Wi-Fi connection, accepted Training Agreement, and related course fees are required before registration is confirmed by Instruction Masters.

  • INTERACTIVE

    Everyone wants to achieve success when investing time to acquire new skills. Instruction Masters training courses require each learner to complete assignments, lab exercises, read, as well as review lesson content to ensure they achieve success.

    User activity is monitored to ensure each learner completes all modules before the Certificate of Completion is awarded.

  • 12-WEEKS

    Each learner will have a start and end date assigned for paid, self-paced training courses. Online access to the training portal will be given once payment has been verified. All self-paced, trainings include no more than 12-weeks for the learner to complete the courses. Please reference the Training Agreement for complete details.

1:1 PROFESSIONAL COACHING WILL BE

  • VIRTUAL

    Professional Coaching sessions are conducted between the Coach and paid learner. Services are limited to career-based coaching, but within 30- and 60-minute increments that are scheduled and paid for by the learner.

    Each session is performed via a video conferencing provider selected by Instruction Masters.

  • EXPECTATION

    Professional coaching is effective when the learner has a clear understanding about what to expect. That is why the initial consultation is free, as we want to ensure it is a good fit for our learner and Professional Coach.

  • OPTIONS

    Instruction Masters offers monthly and annual coaching packages for individuals who are serious about taking their career to the next level in the marketplace, and want a Professional Coach assigned.

    All 1:1 professional coaching sessions are paid in advance of the scheduled time.
